The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Canada is pleased to invite you to a breakfast panel session exploring cultural differences in leadership.
Four speakers with French and European backgrounds, now working and leading in Canada, will share their firsthand experience navigating the professional and cultural transition between France and Canada. The conversation will touch on communication styles, decision-making approaches, leadership expectations, and the balance between work and personal life.
This is a rare opportunity to hear candid, experience-driven perspectives on what it truly means to lead across cultures and what Canadian and French professionals can learn from one another.
A light breakfast will be offered to in-person attendees. The session will also be accessible virtually via Microsoft Teams.
