🧭 People, Leadership & Culture
Co-Chair: Caroline Clark & Sandrine Bunch
This committee explores the human side of business, with a focus on leadership, talent mobility, and cultural alignment between France and Canada.
Key topics include:
- Differences in French and Canadian management styles
- International mobility and the V.I.E. program
- Credential recognition and labour market integration
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Remote and hybrid workplace cultures

🔌 Energy & Natural Resources
Chair: Emmanuel Martin
The Energy & Natural Resources Committee promotes sustainable cooperation in both traditional and renewable energy sectors, as well as in mining, forestry, and responsible resource development across Canada and France..

- Renewables, hydrogen, and emerging energy technologies
- Decarbonization strategies for heavy industries
- Energy efficiency and ESG frameworks

Chair: Isabelle Bouvet
